ORDER


Upon consideration of defendants' ex parte motion to exceed the page limit for memoranda in opposition to motions and to file certain attachments under seal, it is hereby

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the federal defendants are granted leave to file a memorandum of approximately 43 pages (exclusive of face sheet, table of contents, statement of issues and facts, and exhibits) in opposition to plaintiffs Motion to Compel Production of Administrative Record Documents. In addition, it is hereby

ORDERED that federal defendants are granted leave to file under seal certain attachments to its memorandum, as designated by defendants.
