ORDER


Pursuant to the Stipulation reached by the parties in this matter, the court need not rule on (1) Plaintiffs' Motion for Expedited Discovery [Docket # 21]; (2) Defendant Salt Lake City's Motion for a Protective Order [Docket # 29]; or (3) Defendant-Intervenor the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints' Motion for a Protective Order [Docket #33]. The court hereby APPROVES the parties' Stipulation and ADOPTS it as the Order of this court.

The court will hear Plaintiffs' Motion for a Preliminary Injunction in tandem with Defendants' Motions to Dismiss on January 26, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. The court has already entered an Order regarding the briefing schedule pertaining to Defendants' Motions to Dismiss. The court hereby sets forth a briefing schedule regarding Plaintiffs' Motion for a Preliminary Injunction: Plaintiffs may supplement their Motion for a Preliminary Injunction on or before January 12, 2004. Defendants' response briefs are due on or before January 20, 2004 at 12:00 noon. Plaintiffs' reply brief is due on or before January 23, 2004 at 12:00 noon.
