ORDER OF DISMISSAL


The parties, by and through counsel, pursuant to Utah R. Civ. P. 41(a), have stipulated, moved, and agreed that the above-captioned matter may be dismissed with prejudice and, there being good cause shown, it is hereby

ORDERED, that Plaintiff's claims and causes of action against Defendant is dismissed with prejudice and on the merits and Plaintiff and Defendant shall bear their own costs and fees in this matter.
