OPINION and ORDER


In this action Plaintiff seeks to recover amounts due on a promissory note given in connection with a loan of $100,000 which Plaintiff made to Defendant in March, 1997, Plaintiff has moved for summary judgment and defense counsel has advised the Court the Defendant has instructed them not to oppose the motion. Since it appears from the affidavit of Stephen E. Meyers submitted in support of the motion that there is currently due and owing to Plaintiff on the note a total of $178,500.00 judgment in that amount will be entered.
