ORDER OF DETENTION [18 U.S.C. § 3144]

DOUGLAS F. MCCORMICK, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

The above-captioned material witness having been arrested in this District pursuant to an warrant issued by the United States District Court for the District of Nevada under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3144; and the Court having conducted a detention hearing under 18 U.S.C. § 3142(f), The Court finds that:

No condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the appearance of the material witness as required. This finding is based on the allegations contained in the government's application for and affidavit in support of material witness warrant filed in the District of Nevada as well as the material witness's lack of bail resources, lack of stable residence, and lack of stable employment.

IT THEREFORE IS ORDERED that the material witness be detained pending transfer to the District of Nevada.
