Sep 23, 2008
294 F. App'x 34 (4th Cir. 2008)

Opinion

No. 08-7016.

Submitted: September 16, 2008.

Decided: September 23, 2008.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Wilmington. James C. Fox, Senior District Judge. (7:04-cr-00050-F-1).

Nathan Young, Appellant Pro Se. Anne Margaret Hayes, Assistant United States Attorney, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellee.

Before MOTZ, TRAXLER, and SHEDD, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Nathan Young appeals the district court's order denying his motion for modification or deferment of his fine. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Young, No. 7:04-cr-00050-F-1 (E.D.N.C. May 28, 2008). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
