SCHEDULING ORDER FOR SENTENCING UNDER LOCAL RULE 10.9 (GUIDELINES SENTENCING)


If 18 USC §§ 3663-64 is applicable in this case, counsel for the government shall provide to the probation officer, no later than five days from the date of this order, all information necessary for the officer to comply with crime victim restitution requirements.

The Presentence Report must be disclosed and delivered by or before noon June 13, 2005.

Written objections to the Presentence Report or a written statement adopting the findings of the Presentence Report must be delivered to the Judge's Office (Do Not File With The Clerk's Office) and the Probation Officer by or before noon, June 27, 2005.

If a written statement has been delivered adopting the findings of the Presentence Report, sentencing in this case will be July 5, 2005, or as soon thereafter as possible.

If written objections to the Presentence Report have been timely delivered, the probation office must disclose and deliver an addendum to the Presentence Report by or before noon, July 5, 2005.

Written objections to this addendum must be delivered to the Judge's Office and the Probation Officer by or before July 12, 2005, and sentencing will be July 19, 2005, or as soon thereafter as possible.
