ORDER OF REFERENCE

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), defendant's March 11, 2005 motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Rule 60(b)(4) is REFERRED to United States Magistrate Judge Paul D. Stickney for recommendation. He may conduct a hearing if he determines that a hearing is necessary.
