ORDER


Having considered the United States' motion for entry of judgment and declaration in support thereof, and any opposition thereto, the court concludes that good cause exists to support the motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the United States' motion for entry of default judgment be and is granted;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk shall enter the attached judgment in favor of the United States and against Robert Lee Williams III, Robert Lee Williams III, Trustee of the Robert Lee Williams III Trust.
