MEMORANDUM

This disposition is not appropriate for publication and may not be cited to or by the courts of this circuit except as may be provided by 9th Cir. R. 36-3.

Celeste Mary Weatherby appeals from her guilty plea conviction for using a firearm during a drug trafficking offense, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). Her counsel has moved to withdraw pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), on the ground that she could find no arguable issues to support an appeal. Weatherby has not filed a supplemental pro se brief.

Our independent review of the record pursuant to Penson v. Ohio, 488 U.S. 75, 83 (1988), discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED and the judgment is AFFIRMED.
