DEFAULT JUDGMENT


Having failed to answer or otherwise appear, DEFAULT JUDGMENT is hereby entered against defendants Louise M. Vito and D-J's Kennel, Inc., pursuant to Rule 55(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. It is ADJUDGED that Vito is indebted to the United States for unpaid federal income taxes for the tax years 1988 through 1993 in the total amount of $675,320.99 as of November 1, 1999, plus interest and statutory additions as allowed by law. It is further ADJUDGED that defendant D-J's Kennel, Inc., is Vito's nominee and/or alter ego.

ORDER

Presently before the court is the United States' motion for the entry of order of foreclosure and sale (Doc. 32), as well as a renewed motion for entry of default judgment against defendants Louise M. Vito and D-J's Kennel, Inc. (Doc. 34). After due consideration, both motions are GRANTED. Both the default judgment and the order of foreclosure and sale will be entered by separate documents. Upon entry of those documents, the CLERK is DIRECTED to close this matter.
