ORDER UNSEALING CASE


The motion of the United States to unseal the Indictment, Judgment and Commitment and case file in this case having come before the Court, and good cause appearing that there no longer exists such a need for confidentiality related to this matter and that the victims and the public have a right to know of the facts surrounding this case, and good cause existing for such an order,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Indictment, Judgment and Commitment and case file in this matter shall be unsealed.
