ORDER

On February 20, 2001, the court issued a memorandum and order denying three filings by the pro se defendants that were nothing more than "hackneyed tax protester refrain." See United States v. Collins, 920 F.2d 619, 629 (10th Cir. 1990). (Dk. 42). On April 18, 2001, the court entered an order denying all relief requested in two more frivolous documents subsequently filed by the defendants. (Dk. 46). The plaintiff filed on April 26, 2001, a document entitled, "Lis Penden Action" that repeats many of the same arguments already rejected by this court in prior orders. (Dk. 47). All that is argued in this latest filing is frivolous, and the court denies all relief requested therein.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
