OPINION AND ORDER

ROBERT MILLER, District Judge

Tasha Tyce moves for leave to travel outside the Northern District of Indiana to Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday July 11, 2005 returning Thursday July 14, 2005. The motion does not persuade the court that the travel proposed by Ms. Tyce's motion is consistent with the purposes of her pre-trial release status, and accordingly her "Motion For Permission To Leave Jurisdiction" [docket no. 18] is DENIED.
