ORDER TO MODIFY CONDITIONS OF RELEASE


Based on motion of the Defendant, stipulation of the parties and good cause shown:

It is hereby ORDERED that the Defendant be allowed to leave Cornell Community Corrections Center (C.C.C.) on Wednesday, December 24, 2003, at 3:00 p.m. to travel to her family's house for the Christmas holiday.

It is further ORDERED that the Defendant will return to the C.C.C. on Thursday, December 25, 2003, at 9:00 p.m.

It is further ORDERED that the Defendant not leave her family's house for any reason while she is staying there on pre-trial release.

It is further ORDERED that all other pre-trial conditions remain in effect.
