ORDER


Upon consideration of the various motions to seal and continue (## 891, 892, 894, 895, 896), the court finds no good cause stated, beyond Defendant's own subjective belief, why the records should be sealed. It is therefore

ORDERED as follows:

1. The motions to seal (## 891, 892, 894, 895) are DENIED.

2. The "Joint Motion to Continue Change of Plea Hearing" (#896) filed June 28, 2006, is

DENIED.
