[Other docket entry] Defendant Rodrigo Torres has moved to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. § 2255. On March 4, 2004, I granted to the Government's motion for an extension of time in which to respond to Torres's petition. I set the date of March 26, 2004 for the Government's response and April 22, 2004 for the Torres's reply. The Government has filed its response, but it has been several weeks since April 22 and Torres has not filed a response. Accordingly, I set the new date of June 3, 2004 for defendant's reply, at which point I will decide his motion as briefed. The status set for June 2, 2004 is stricken, and ruling will be made by mail.
