ORDER DIRECTING THE CLERK TO UNSEAL DOCKET ENTRIES 341 343 AND DIRECTING THE CLERK TO SEND SAID ENTRIES TO DEFENDANT ALVIN MOSS' COUNSEL


Before the Court is Defendant Alvin Irwin Moss' acknowledgment of service and request for unsealing of motion and memorandum (dkt. entry 348). Defendant Moss requests that the motion and memorandum for order directing defendant to repatriate and deposit funds subject to seizure and forfeiture and the order directing defendant to repatriate and deposit funds ("Order") be unsealed pursuant to the terms of the Order. The request is well-taken. The Court hereby directs the Clerk of Court to unseal docket entries 341 and 343 and transmit said documents to Defendant Alvin Moss' counsel.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
