214 F. App'x 894 (11th Cir. 2007)

Opinion

No. 06-11426 Non-Argument Calendar.

January 16, 2007.

Patricia D. Barksdale, Jacksonville, FL, for Plaintiff-Appellee.

David A. Taylor, W. Charles Fletcher, Jacksonville, FL, for Defendant-Appellant.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. D.C. Docket No. 01-00070-CR-J-20-MMH.

Before MARCUS, WILSON and PRYOR, Circuit Judges.

W. Charles Fletcher, appointed counsel for Jaceta Streeter on this direct criminal appeal, has filed a motion to withdraw on appeal supported by a brief prepared pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsel's assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Streeter's revocation of supervised release and sentence are AFFIRMED.
