ORDER


IT IS ORDERED that the United States Marshal serve a copy of the attached Amended Order to Show Cause together with the petition and exhibits thereto upon the respondent, Leonard Stamm personally, or, if not feasible, by leaving the said order, petition and exhibits taped to the front door of the current place of abode of Leonard Stamm.

All costs of service shall be advanced by the United States.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within ten days after service of copies of the attached Order, the petition and exhibit attached thereto, Respondent shall file and serve a written response to the Petition, supported by appropriate sworn statements, as well as any motions he desires to make. All motions and issues raised by the pleadings will be considered on the return date of the attached Order. Any paper received by a district judge or magistrate judge which fails to include a certificate of service will be disregarded by the court.
