ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On April 11, 1997, the Court granted the plaintiff's motion in the above matter for partial summary judgment with regard to federal tax assessments against the defendants. However, in addition to the tax assessments against the defendants, the plaintiff's original complaint included a request to set aside an allegedly fraudulent conveyance of real property to defendant Pawnee Property Projects, Inc ("Pawnee"), or in the alternative for a determination that Pawnee holds that property as the nominee of Vern W. Sorenson and Olivene C. Sorenson and to foreclose the federal tax liens on that real property. This issue was not addressed in the partial summary judgment order and is therefore still before the Court. The plaintiff is hereby ordered to show cause as to why this remaining issue in the original complaint should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
