JUDGMENT


This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered,

It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the motion is dismissed. See Rule 4(b) of the Rules Governing § 2255 Proceedings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Solomon's original and supplemental motions under Rule 60(b) and motions to set bond pending appeal, for writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum and for the court to take judicial notice of undisputed facts are denied as moot.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall transmit a true copy of this judgment and the order adopting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge to Solomon.
