ORDERED that JUDGMENT be and hereby is entered in favor of the United States and against the defendant, Ronald Allen Smith for unpaid federal income taxes for the years 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1993. 1995, 1996, and 1987, in the total amount of $402,052.56, plus statutory additions accruing thereon according to law after May 19, 2003, until paid, at the rates established by 26 U.S.C. § 6621
