ORDER

The Court has reviewed the motion to continue the trial date in this case until the middle of January 2004 because of the large number of out of state witnesses who will be required to testify at trial and because of the scheduled vacation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent assigned to the case. The motion is hereby granted. In addition, pursuant to the Speedy Trial Act, Title 18, United States Code, Section 3161 et seq., the Court finds excludable and hereby excludes the period from November 28, 2003, up to and including 1/26/04 at 8:30 2004, from calculations under the Speedy Trial Act, pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 3161(h)(8)(A), because the ends of justice served by continuing the case outweigh the bes interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial.
