Based upon the reasons set forth in the Parties' Joint Motion For Extension of Time to File Memoranda on Defendant's Motion to Suppress and for good cause appearing:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. Defense counsel shall file his brief on or before Friday, May 30, 2003.

2. Counsel for the government shall respond to defendant's memorandum on or before Friday, June 6, 2003.

3. Defense counsel shall file a response brief, if desired, on or before Friday, June 13, 2003.
