JUDGMENT


AND NOW, this 4th day of August, 2004, the Court having granted defendant Barbara Heaton's motion for summary judgment and denied defendant Janine Hamilton's motion for summary judgment, and in accordance with the accompanying Memorandum and Order, it is hereby ORDERED that:

1. Judgment is ENTERED in favor of defendant Barbara Heaton and against defendant Janine Hamilton;

2. Ownership of the subject vehicle, one Mercedes Benz SL500 automobile, model year 1998, bearing Vehicle Identification No. WDBFA67F5WF170637, is AWARDED to Barbara Heaton;

3. Upon release of the subject vehicle to Barbara Heaton, the Government shall be DISCHARGED from any and all liability arising from its present custody of the vehicle;

4. The Court shall RETAIN jurisdiction over this matter for thirty days; and

5. The Clerk of Court shall CLOSE this action statistically.
