O R D E R


Pursuant to the foregoing motion and good cause appearing:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED authorizing agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Office of the Inspector General/Social Security Administration (OIG/SSA) to take custody of defendant Malek M. Seif during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on February 5, 2002, and on each occasion he is requested by the filing of an Order to Produce Prisoner and to return him to the United States Marshal's Office by 3:30 p.m. on each occasion or to the appropriate facility if later than 3:30 p.m. This order only allows this interview to be conducted within the U.S. Attorney's Office in this building. The FBI and OIG/SSA agents are to become familiar and comply with all the U.S. Marshal's procedures and requirements for maintaining the security and safety of this building and its inhabitants while defendant Seif is in their custody.

No excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h) is found.
