ORDER FOR HANDWRITING EXEMPLARS


Pursuant to the United States' Motion, and without objection from defense counsel, and good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that MALEK MOHAMED SEIF shall furnish handwriting exemplars which are true and natural and in a quantity sufficient to allow comparison.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MALEK MOHAMED SEIF furnish the handwriting exemplars to Special Agent Wade Walters of the Social Security Administration Office of the Inspector General. Defense counsel is permitted to be with defendant SEIF while the exemplars are being provided.

The motion and order should not cause excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F).
