UNITED STATES' MOTION TO CONTINUE VOLUNTARINESS HEARING


The United States moves, without objection from defense counsel, to move the voluntariness hearing to the week of February 25, 2002. The United States requests that the hearing be moved to the following week because undersigned counsel starts trial in United States v. Sofiane Laimeche, CR-01-1014-PHX-JAT, Wednesday, February 20, 2002. Therefore, on the date currently set for the voluntariness hearing, undersigned counsel will be in trial in the Laimeche matter.
