WHEREAS, due to a clerical error, such Opinion mistakenly stated that "Defendants' sentencing remains scheduled for January 30, 2009 at 4:00 p.m."; it is hereby

ORDERED that Defendant White's sentencing remains scheduled for January 22, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. as previously set by the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that Defendant Scott's sentencing remains scheduled for January 30, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. as previously set by the Court.
