ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION AND DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTIONS TO SUPPRESS


Before the Court are Defendants DAVID SAUCEDO and ANGELA MARIE PEDROZA motions to suppress, filed March 18 and 19, 2004, and the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge filed on April 9, 2004. No objections to the Report and Recommendation have been filed.

The Court has considered the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge and has made an independent examination of the record in this case. The Court hereby ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation. For the reasons stated therein, Defendants' motions to suppress are DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
