The order entered herein on April 28, 2004, is amended to eliminate paragraph 1 of the original order and substitute therefor the following paragraph.

1. The government is directed to pay for a psychological examination for defendant Kenneth A. Sandvick by Dr. Thomas Moran in Madison, Wisconsin.

In all other respects, the order stands as entered on April 28, 2004.
