ORDER


The business related travel request contained in Mr. Leader's September 2, 2008 letter to the Court is granted, as are the requests that Mr. Salzman be permitted (1) to attend the medical appointments with his wife Jessica and to be present for the birth of their child, and (2) to travel to attend religious services to the extent same are conducted at a location near his present residence as distinct from on Long Island. The remaining requests are denied.

SO ORDERED.
