ORDER


For reasons stated on the record in open court this day, defendant's pretrial motion are granted to the extent that the government shall give notice of any Rule 404(b) evidence it proposes to offer at trial no later than ten calendar days prior to the scheduled commencement of the trial. It is denied in all other respects.

SO ORDERED.
