ORDER


The Medical Examiner;'s Office in Milwaukee retained a subclavial blood sample from the autopsy of Kathleen Wise. Whether Wise's blood contains toxic amounts of fentanyl is highly relevant to the prosecution and defense of this case. Defendant has moved to release a sample from the bottle of Wise's subclavian blood for testing by a defense expert. The government does not oppose this motion.

Therefore, it is ORDERED that the Medical Examiner's Office in Milwaukee County shall release for scientific testing a sample of the subclavian blood taken from Kathleen Wise to:
