ORDER


AND NOW, this 17th day of September, 2004, it is hereby ORDERED that the government's Motion for Pretrial Detention is DENIED. Bail is set in the amount of $100,000, secured by the property at 1201 Tyson Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, owned by the defendant's parents, for which a forfeiture agreement shall be executed. The following additional conditions are also imposed:

1. electronic home confinement (except for employment purposes, medical appointments, legal appointments and religious services and other reasons as deemed necessary as Pretrial Services) at 9401 Ashton Road, Apartment C10, Philadelphia, PA, 19114;
2. defendant shall communicate his work hours and report times to and from work to Pretrial Services;
3. travel restricted to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania;

4. surrender firearms/not to possess firearms;

5. surrender passport/not to apply for passport;

6. report to Pretrial Services Agency as directed;

7. Pretrial shall make unannounced visits to the defendant's home;
8. not to possess or access any computer whatsoever, wireless internet devices, cell phones, hand held computers or any other electronic device with access to the Internet;
9. psychological/psychiatric counseling and/or treatment as directed by Pretrial Services; and
10. not to commit any state, local or federal offense.
It is so ORDERED.
