ORDER


No objections have been filed to Magistrate Judge Nuechterlein's findings and recommendations upon a plea of guilty issued on October 10, 2007 [Doc. No. 22]. Accordingly, the court now ADOPTS those findings and recommendations, ACCEPTS defendant Robert R. Rogers's plea of guilty, and FINDS the defendant guilty of Count 1 of the Indictment, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 876(b); and Count 2 of the Indictment, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1513(b)(2).

SO ORDERED.
