MOTION TO EXTEND PLEA NEGOTIATION DEADLINE

TENA CAMPBELL, District Judge

Defendant SEQUOIA RASMUSSEN, through his attorney, DAVID V. FINLAYSON, hereby moves this Court for an Order extending the deadline for plea negotiations in the above entitled matter now set for December 22, 2003.

The Defendant expects that there will be a resolution in his case. However, although the Defendant has diligently worked toward resolution, he respectfully requests additional time to finalize negotiations.
