ORDER


For the reasons set forth at the close of the December 18, 2003 hearing on Defendants' motions to suppress evidence obtained through a wiretap, the Defendants' motions are denied with the following exception. As was agreed at the hearing by the involved parties, this Order shall not apply to Defendants Arturo Rosas-Garcia, Maura Soccorro-Ruiz, and Marco Antonio Valenzuela-Angel if said Defendants file a memorandum in opposition to the United States' brief by Friday, December 26, 2003. If said Defendants do not file such a memorandum by the deadline, this Order shall apply to them. IT IS SO ORDERED.
