ORDER GRANTING LEAVE OF COURT TO FILE A DISMISSAL OF INDICTMENT


Based upon the Motion of the United States of America, and for good cause appearing, the Court hereby grants leave under Rule 48(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure for the United States District Courts for the dismissal of the Indictment without prejudice against the defendant, RENE QUESADA.
