ORDER GRANTING FURLOUGH


This case came before the Court on a Motion to Grant Furlough filed by defendant and the Court being fully advised,

IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. Defendant Teresa Price is granted a furlough as requested in defendant's motion.

2. Accordingly, defendant Teresa Price shall be released from the custody of the United States Marshals Service at the Tooele County Jail, Tooele, Utah, at 8:00 a.m. on May 14, 2003. Defendant shall return to the custody of the United States Marshals Service at the Tooele County Jail no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 14, 2003.
