U.S. v. POSR

United States District Court, S.D. New York
Mar 1, 2007
04 Crim. 1033 (LAK) (S.D.N.Y. Mar. 1, 2007)

Opinion

04 Crim. 1033 (LAK).

March 1, 2007

ORDER

Defendant moves "to hold present PSR null void" and "to reconsider arresting judgment."

Although defendant correctly notes a typographical error in the Court's November 22, 2006 memorandum opinion, nothing turns on that error. Accordingly, the motions are denied. The phrase "for a 3 — day extension of time on the Rule 29 motion." that appears on page 4 of the November 22, 2006 decision is corrected to read "for a 30 — day extension of time on the Rule 29 motion."

SO ORDERED.
