ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR FILING OF GOVERNMENT'S OPPOSITION TO MOTIONS TO SEVER


After consideration of the stipulation by the Government and Defendant Pedro Picazo-Sanchez's requesting an extension of the deadline for the Government's filing of an opposition to Defendant's motion to sever defendant (docket number 23).

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the stipulated motion is GRANTED, and the Government's deadline for filing the opposition is extended until March 9, 2006.
