U.S. v. Picaz

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Oct 24, 2007
251 F. App'x 815 (4th Cir. 2007)

Opinion

No. 07-6725.

Submitted: October 18, 2007.

Decided: October 24, 2007.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Raleigh. Malcolm J. Howard, Senior District Judge. (5:03-cr-00201).

Rigoberto Munoz Picaz, Appellant pro se. Rudolf A. Renter, Jr., Assistant United States Attorney, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellee.

Before WILKINSON, NIEMEYER, and KING, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Rigoberto Munoz Picaz appeals the district court's order denying his Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b) motion. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Picaz, No. 5:03-cr-00201 (E.D.N.C. Apr. 2, 2007). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
