ORDER TO WITHDRAW WAIVER AND REMAND INTO FEDERAL CUSTODY

Based on motion of the defendant and good cause shown:

It is hereby ORDERED that the defendant's waiver into state custody signed on June 8, 2004, be withdrawn and defendant be remanded into federal custody.
