ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT PARKER'S EX PARTE RULE 17 (b) MOTION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SUBPOENA


THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard pursuant to Defendant Parker's Ex Parte Rule 17(b) Motion for Order Authorizing Subpoena, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 17 (b) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the issuance of subpoenas is authorized for service on the named witnesses listed in defendant's Defendant Parker's Rule 17(b) Ex Parte Motion for Order Authorizing Subpoenas. The costs incurred by the process and the fees of the witnesses so subpoenaed shall be paid in the same manner in which similar costs an fees are paid in case of a witness subpoenaed in behalf of the government.

DONE AND ORDERED.
