The order of the district court suppressing the evidence is vacated, and the case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in United States v. Padilla, ___ U.S. ___, 113 S.Ct. 1936, 123 L.Ed.2d 635 (1993).
