ORDER OF RELEASE OF CURRENCY AND ORDER OF FORFEITURE


Based on the Joint Motion of plaintiff, the United States of America and claimant Robert Samir AI-Khafaf Tallman ("Tallman"), the facts set forth in the Settlement Agreement between said pardes, and good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED as follows:

1. The United States Marshal for the District of Utah shall disburse the amount of $3,034 from the forfeitable currency in the above-captioned case, made payable to "Robert Samir Al-Khafaf Tallman, and his attorney, Joseph Jardine".

2. The remaining Currency ($6,066) is forfeited to the United States to be disposed of according to law and any and all right, title, or interest of any person or entity, including but not limited to Robert Samir AI-Khafaf Tallman, is forever barred with respect to said defendant currency.
