ORDER AUTHORIZING EXCESS OF MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT


Based upon the affidavit and application of counsel, and good cause appearing;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's counsel, DEIRDRE A. GORMAN, is entitled to compensation in excess of the maximum amount allowable pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3006A(d)(3).
