ORDER


Defendant Johnny J. Newman has filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 and has advised the court that he will be filing a supplement to the motion upon arriving at his designated institution. This is permissible, but I will set a deadline on the filing so that the matter does not languish. Defendant may have until October 10, 2007 in which to file a supplement to his motion.
